Join us as Hallie Steinberg, Certified Health Coach with Hallie’s Healthy Living, discusses boosting your Immune System through healthy eating and lifestyle changes.  She will discuss the importance of fruits and vegetables, complex carbohydrates, proteins and healthy fats and how they directly affect your immune system.

 

The nervous system and immune system are inextricably linked. They share tiny messenger molecules that communicate and help the body to adapt and heal appropriately. Dr. Jill Pagliei will discuss how chiropractic care may boost the immune system and what recent neuroscience reveals about the impact of the adjustment on the nervous system.

Join Rebecca Damia for a specialized small group semi private Yoga Workshop to learn how to take care of your back on all levels mind, body, and spirit through the practice of Yoga. During this session you will learn how to implement Self Care using Yogic Breathing, Yoga Postures and Yogic Concentration Techniques while focusing on taking care of your back to help reduce any suffering from associated back concerns.
