Meet Dr. Pagliei

Dr. Jill Pagliei earned her Doctorate in Chiropractic from Southern California University of Health Sciences, graduating with honors. She holds an adjunctive procedures license for physical therapy modalities, therapeutic exercise, and rehabilitation. Her undergraduate degree is from Villanova University.

Dr. Pagliei is certified in Active Release Technique (ART) for the spine, upper and lower extremities, and nerve entrapments. ART is a highly effective soft tissue and muscle technique that complements chiropractic adjustments, addressing conditions such as back pain, sciatica, carpal tunnel syndrome, shin splints, shoulder pain, plantar fasciitis, knee problems, and tennis elbow.

She also holds an SMFA Level 1 certification through Functional Movement Systems and was previously a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). Her expertise in exercise enables her to recommend rehabilitation, postural, and strengthening exercises to patients.

With a keen interest in chronic pain, Dr. Pagliei has completed courses in Freedom from Chronic Pain, Unlearn Your Pain, and Pain Reset. She is passionate about a healthy lifestyle, enjoying activities such as biking, hiking, and yoga, and is a member of Rotary International.

In her practice, Dr. Pagliei takes a comprehensive and personalized approach, dedicated to helping individuals achieve optimal performance in sports, work, and everyday life.
